BAP-13862: Added PhpUnit Bridge to display deprecations during tests (#8116) - Added symfony/phpunit-bridge dependency to composer.json and dev.json - Updated dev.lock file with installed version of phpunit-bridge component - Modified phpunit.xml.dist not to fail test on deprecations found but just to show the number of them
